Covid-19 Traffic Light Update

Please note some minor changes to the way we operate

  • Please be aware that under the traffic light system, we are NOT able to treat anyone who can not provide us with a current vaccination certificate. Please understand this is not a choice by us, but a requirement of being able to operate.
  • Because of lockdown a significant time has passed since your last booking, therefore when booking any service that is classed as a repeat service/backfill it MUST be booked as a First Time/Full Set–if we determine it does not justify this charge we will adjust this charge at our discretion.
  • Please wait outside or in your vehicle–we will call/text/signal to you when we are ready for you to come inside.
  • Upon entering the salon, you must immediately sanitise your hands and scan the QR code or sign in manually.
  • Please scan or provide proof of your vaccine certificate.
  • Please do NOT bring food into the salon.
  • We CANNOT offer water–please bring your own water-bottle.
  • Only the person attending the appointment may enter the salon.
  • We CANNOT offer toilet facilities.
  • If you are feeling unwell at all, even if only mildly, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
  • Please wear a face mask, or face covering. If required, it can be removed during your service.
  • If you have an authorised vaccine exemption or mask exemption, please let us know PRIOR to your appointment.
  • All bookings to be made online www.labellavita.co.nz or by phone.

For everyone’s protection:

  • Please understand that we will be spacing appointments more than usual to limit contact between clients.
  • As always, everything will be cleaned and sanitised between clients.
  • All surfaces (incl. door handles, eftpos) will be wiped down and sanistised.
  • Single nail files for each client.
